to Lake Ontario Acres, Sterling,
NY
Upper part of the Development:
Take Route 104 to County Route 20/Irwin Road at blinking light by
church. County Route 20 becomes Irwin Road. A few miles down the
road you will see the Lake Ontario Acres sign on right for the upper
side of the development. On left side as you go into the development
there will be a Log Home currently for sale. Continue on into development
to upper lots and turn around at top and return to Irwin road to
go to lower lots and Lake Front & 9 mile creek.
Lower part of Development on Lake Front & Nine Mile
Creek
Take Irwin road to Marsh Road and make your first right and stay
right you will see again Lake Ontario Acres sign on right side and
continue on by onto Lake Ontario Shore Drive Extension into the
development. (Note: Where the sign is you will also find part of
the development lots for sale) Prior to getting into the development
you will through and by existing houses that are not part
of the development. Once you are in the development stay on raod
to end and turnaround. Lots are on both sides of the road.
